Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and goals.
- Educate clients on our product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on individual requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to stay up to date on product updates and enhancements.
- Assist in product demonstrations and trials, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the product’s capabilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products or services.
- Participate in product training and development programs to enhance expertise.
