About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver data, voice, and fixed line installation as per assigned targets
2. Work on new account break-in (hunting) for data, voice, and fixed line
3. Cross-sell multi-product lines to existing and new customer
4. Build & maintain a healthy funnel for all three Lines of Business with earmarked levels of maturity
5. Be aware of competition plans & collect insights for market intelligence
6. Monitor competition customer offerings and plan sales interventions for different classes of clients
7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
8. Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue
9. Develop new business through upselling and cross-sell with existing clients
10. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions as per client needs
Interview Process : An assessment followed by two rounds of interviews.

Other requirements
1. Must have at least 65% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
2. Age limit: Up to 30 years
3. Open to 2024 female graduates from B.com, BBA, BCA, and B.Sc only
4. Should be comfortable with field sales work
5. Must have a Driving License or be willing to get it within 2-3 months
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 – 5,00,000 /year
