Key responsibilities:
1. Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings, open communication, and a deep understanding of their needs
2. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner
3. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and converting them into loyal customers
4. Providing accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
