RRC CR Recruitment 2024 for 2424 Vacancies: The Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway has published a notification for imparting training under the Apprentices Act 1961 in the designated trades at Workshops/Units in the jurisdiction of Central Railway against 2424 slots. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online on the official website from 16 July to 15 August 2024.

The notification for recruitment to the post of Apprentice is released on the website i.e. rrccr.com. The railways is filling up 2424 vacancies in Mumbai, Cluster Bhusawal, Pune, Nagpur and Solapur for the post of Fitter, Welder, Carpenter, Painter, Tailor, Electrician, Machinist, Programming & Systems Administration Assistant, Mechanic Diesel, Turner, Laboratory Assistant, Mechanic Machine Tools Maintenance, Programming & Systems Administration Assistant, Information Technology & Electronic System Maintenance and Computer Operator & Prog Assistant.

RRC CR Apprentice Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2024

Educational Qualification:

The candidate must be 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks, in the aggregate, from a recognized Board and also possess a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.

RRC CR Apprentice Recruitment Age Limit 2024

The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age.

RRC CR Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with a minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
