Key responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with HR professionals to source potential
candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings.
Onboarding Support: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring
a smooth transition into the company. Prepare and maintain orientation materials,
schedules, and paperwork.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and
manage interview logistics. Provide administrative support during the interview
process.
HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring data
accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
