Job Description
Job Title : Customer service / technical support (Voice support)
Work Location : Noida, India. Work from office.
Shift Pattern : Rotational Shifts
Salary Range : 3 LPA to 5 LPA
Cab facilities : Both side
Work experience : minimum 6 months and above
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls with excellent communication skills in English.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle Customers quires related to telecom industry over the calls.
Desired Candidate Profile
6 months and above experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Ability to work on International Voice Processes, including handling international clients.
Strong understanding of Telecom Networking concepts and Telecommunication technologies.
Experience of working in Voice processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
