JOB DESCRIPTION: –

Assess people, process and technology landscape and produce Transformation opportunities

Prepare as-is and Target operating model

Work with stakeholders on ROI and Impact assessment

Technology assessments and produce recommendations

Handle conversations with senior stakeholders

Skills:

Expert knowledge on End-to-End Record-to-report (RTR) function

Domain expertise on performing Balance sheet reconciliations, Inter-Company accounting & resolving queries

Good understanding of tasks performed in Period end close & issue resolutions

Domain expertise on Journal entry processing

Expert knowledge on SAP, Blackline, Trintech, Floqast, etc

Sound exposure of financial reporting-PEC/QEC/YEC for clients

Driven Transformation projects in RTR function would be an added advantage

Sound knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS/IND AS would be added advantage

Should have good understanding of best practices, metrics, and reporting levers in RTR space

Ability to handle conversations with senior stakeholders Internal / External on topics around RTR Best practices, latest trends, Point Solutions, AI / RPA / Cognitive Automation

Transformation experience Maturity assessments, preparing As-is model, Target operating model, preparing Gap log and report out

Willing to work in individual contributor roles

Ability to work in ambiguous work environmentAbility to prioritize conflicting activities

Ability to work in a Matrix Structure

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation Full time

Experience: 7+ years
