Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and install software solutions with passion
2. Execute full lifecycle software development
3. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
4. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
5. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
6. Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying system flow, data usage, and work processes
7. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
8. Follow the software development lifecycle
9. Tailor and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
10. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
11. Accomplish engineering and organizational missions by completing related results as needed
12. Demonstrate excellent communication skills
13. Be ready to learn new technology.

Education:
1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
2. Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
