The Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive and broad P&O experience, including talent management, reward, learning and development, and overseeing effective regional and global processes and systems.
- A minimum of twelve to fourteen years of work experience in IT organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly complex business with a large, distributed workforce.
- Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire high-performing functional teams within a regional and global framework.
- Strong professional standards, along with a high level of personal credibility and integrity.
- Flexible and agile, capable of operating strategically while being comfortable with hands-on tasks.
- Ability to implement policy and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.
- Competence in developing strategies and managing their execution.
- Proven experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional role.
- Ability to oversee and support multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
- Operates with a sense of urgency.
