Senior Graphic Designer upGrad

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on creating visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media. Additionally, knowledge in UI/UX design is beneficial. Experience in the edtech sector is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other digital and print media.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistent and innovative design across all platforms.

Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.

Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity through consistent and innovative design.

Conduct user research and usability testing to support and improve the overall design process.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in graphic design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing brand identities, logos, and collateral across print and digital mediums.

Ability to interpret briefs and translate brand objectives into visually compelling design solutions.

Deep understanding of user experience and conversion optimization principles.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.

Knowledge in UI/UX design is beneficial.

Prior experience working in a creative agency or a high growth startup preferred.
