Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

Supporting the business in planning, Implementation, Maintenance and enhancements to IT-infrastructure at Dhamra Port.

IT-Infrastructure and Asset Management

Security Operations & Risk management

Seamless end to end IT support to internal and external customers.

Close collaboration with user department & vendors to resolve all IT issues for overall improvement of Services.

IT budget planning and preparation, close monitoring and analysis of budget through maintenance and updating of variance reports and detailed analytical presentations.

Own management process for all IT assets as per ISO27001 guidelines and maintain the documentation for the same.

Identify the risk related to system availability and security with proper documentation and CAPA.

Provide technical guidance to outsourced staff

Operational Responsibilities

Implementation of ISO27001 standards. Review of all the policies, procedures and documents as per ISO27001 standard

Contract management with Vendors. Renewal and negotiation of the contracts. SLA needs to be defined for each contractor with strict adherence to same.

Involvement and support for team engagement & collaborative workplace initiatives at the site level

Qualifications

Full Time BCA/ MCA/B.Sc (IT)/M.Sc (IT)/MBA (IT)/B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical)/Academic Diploma (IT). Additional IT related degrees or certifications in SAP/Network infrastructure will be an additional advantage.

Total years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure in an industrial setup: 10+ years for Bachelors degree and 6+ years for Masters degree.

Relevant experience of 4-6 years of independently handling IT support services in any industrial setup while managing a minimum of 1 outsourced contract person for the duration.
