Key Responsibilities
Work with global stakeholders to elicit the requirements and work with technology team to develop the right solution.
Analysis & documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, process modeling and validation of technical deliverables against those requirements.
Practice of agile methodologies, tools & processes and capturing requirements for Epics and Stories. Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence is desirable.
Utilization of Business Process Modeling and analysis techniques like Use Case Models, detailed Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams and Logical design Models.
Work with global stakeholders and drive team’s specific goals
Qualifications
Engineer in Computer Science or a related engineering field
5 + Years in IT, 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Great communication skills and ability to articulate well with collaborative outlook
Team player with team building and conflict resolution approach
Ability to work in a flexible & dynamic environment with adaptive skill
Understanding of ATDD & BDD model & Ability to help transform organizations to use techniques
exposure to e-commerce/healthcare domain is a plus
Software Development and SQL skills for investigations preferred
