Objective:
To use data-driven make informed decisions that improve the overall
performance, productivity, and engagement of employees while supporting the strategic
goals of the organization.
Job Role:
- Set up the People Analytics and HR Business Intelligence Unit as the central source for all HR Reporting, dashboards and analytics across the firm to aid people decisions
- Developing and maintaining the technological infrastructure to support people analytics initiatives within the organization. Co-create a data warehouse as a central repository for all people data
- Build predictive analytics in the area of talent acquisition , talent management and succession planning, employee retention and engagement , performance, and productivity to support HR decision making and strategic planning
- Set up tech tool to build automation for lag data reporting
- Make dashboards available on real time basis for the senior management through automation
- Organize the data from various HR touch points for building the insights
- Create visualization layer for the HR dashboards for presentation to key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- 12-15 years experience in similar role/ function
- Ability to build the process from scratch
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Experience in statistical tools such as R, Python, etc
- Ability to structure, analyse data and provide relevant insights
