Senior Graphic Designer upGrad

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on creating visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media. Additionally, knowledge in UI/UX design is beneficial. Experience in the edtech sector is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other digital and print media.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistent and innovative design across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity through consistent and innovative design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to support and improve the overall design process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing brand identities, logos, and collateral across print and digital mediums.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate brand objectives into visually compelling design solutions.
• Deep understanding of user experience and conversion optimization principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Knowledge in UI/UX design is beneficial.
• Prior experience working in a creative agency or a high growth startup preferred.
