Job Description
Responsibilities
. Perform day to day root cause analysis with required speed and accuracy on reported rejections from the customers
. Co-ordinations and follow-up for supporting information and documents from the internal teams and customers
. Active team player with good communication and documentation skills
. Sound analytical & interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the relevant processes. Prior experience in AR – dispute management would be an advantage

. Individual contributor role and also supporting a small team of 1-2 members.

University graduate with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce with minimum of 6 years of experience.
