Duties and Responsibilities:- Hospitality Managers oversee the operations of hospitality establishments, such as in/out to ensure an optimal level of service and satisfaction for guests. They work closely with staff and departments, and handle a range of administrative and practical tasks. Commonly, a Hospitality Manager’s duties and responsibilities include:- Overseeing the daily operations of a hospitality establishment Planning and organizing accommodation, catering, and other in/out services Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the needs and expectations of guests are met Managing budgets and financial plans, as well as controlling expenditure Recruiting, training, and supervising staff Addressing problems and troubleshooting emergencies Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote the in/out services Managing and coordinating events and conferences Inspecting property fixtures, furniture, and other items to ensure maintenance and upkeep
