1. Tally Entries: Accurately record financial transactions in Tally software, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and compliant with accounting principles.
2. Credit Card Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile credit card statements with internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Bank Statement Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected in accounting records.
4. TDS Management: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including calculation, payment, and filing of returns.
5. GST Management: Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) activities, including filing of returns, reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to GST regulations.
6. Understanding of PT, ESIC & PF: Possess a general understanding of Professional Tax (PT), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Provident Fund (PF) regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Accounts Finalization: Assist in the finalization of accounts, including preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
1. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
2. Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records.
3. Liaise with external auditors and participate in audits.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
5. Provide support in other financial projects as assigned.
