About the job
1. As part of the Zomato Associate Accelerator Program (ZAAP), you will join a group of passionate peers to address our online ordering customers’ pressing needs and concerns and elevate the standard of Zomato’s customer service.
2. You start at ground zero to gain an understanding of our customers’ sentiments and challenges.
3. You will be relationship managers for our customers, providing them with new and exciting solutions.
4. You will surface the key problems with other Zomato teams to help design better solutions.

2. Articulate communication strong communication skills with proficiency in typing and speaking efficiently.

Working model:
1. A 5/6-days model, every alternate week.
2. Shift timings would be informed a week in advance subject to business requirements.
3. We will operate in morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts.
4. It’s a work-from-office (WFO) role unless otherwise specified on the basis of business requirements.
Screening and interview process:
1. Candidates must submit a 1-minute video as part of the screening process.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next round of interaction.

1. Graduate (any discipline).
2. Good communication skills.
3. Ability to work in rotational shifts and be flexible with shift timings.
4. Ability to work in a customer service set up.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 – 4,50,000 /year
