Job Description.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
3. Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collect feedback from interviewers and communicate updates to candidates in a timely manner.
4. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the respective folders through google forms and creating folders for the hardcopies.
Generate recruitment reports and analyse data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
5. Leave and Attendance Policy
Self adherence and implication of the company’s leave and attendance policy.
Create timely updates in the leave and attendance policy.
Create and publish the public holiday list.
Keep track of the leave balances.
6. Payroll and H R Compliance.
