Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful recruitment efforts.
2. Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
3. Prepare regular reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
5. Oversee HR administrative functions, such as payroll processing, employee records management, and attendance maintenance.
