Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Monitor test results and analyse reasons for deviations, taking corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Process Improvement: Review product quality and process capability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Instrument Calibration: Ensure testing and calibration of instruments for accuracy in measurement and control.
Resource Optimization: Review power and heat consumption, raw mill and coal mill output, and cement mill output for efficiency and cost reduction.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure 100% implementation of safety standards, including Progressive Consequence Management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Project Management: Identify bottlenecks and projects for improvement, formulate proposals, seek approval, and guide process optimization to achieve targets.
Qualification: B. E Chemical
Experience: 5+ years
