1. School onboarding:
a. Initiate and manage the onboarding process for new schools.
b. Collect necessary data from schools, including timetables and student information.
2. Logistics management:
a. Oversee the delivery and distribution of kits to schools and students.
b. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely kit deliveries.
3. Educator integration:
a. Introduce assigned educators to school staff and students.
b. Conduct technical checks to ensure all necessary equipment and software are functioning properly.
4. Parent and teacher engagement:
a. Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and orientations.
b. Act as the primary point of contact for student, parent, educator, and school queries.
5. Reporting and feedback:
a. Collect and compile weekly feedback from students and educators.
b. Gather and provide reports from educators to schools and parents.
6. Documentation and media collection:
a. Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from students, parents, and educators.
b. Maintain a repository of media for promotional and reporting purposes.
7. Assessment management:
a. Collect and organize assessment papers.
b. Facilitate the assessment process and ensure timely collection and distribution of certificates.
8. School visits:
a. Visit schools in Mumbai every week to ensure alignment of classroom activities with quality standards and provide on-ground support as necessary.
